BonusLink card holders can enjoy redeem their BonusLink gifts using the following 6 redemption channels. Just select which one do you prefer and start to redeem
The most convenient way is by Redeem Gifts instantly at over 800 outlets nationwide!. For example you can redeem at Shell, Parkson, ESH, Poh Kong, Caring Pharmacy and many more outlets in Malaysia.This options available only to Primary Members with PIN. All you have to do is present your Primary BonusLink Card and IC to redeem. But it may limited to selected gifts only.
- Log on to www.bonuslink.com.my
- To login, enter your primary BonusLink card number and pin
- Browse the gifts and redemption gifts,select your favourites and click Redeem Now
- Enter your desired quantity and click Update Quantity. Browse for more gift items or proceed to complete redemption
- Check gift delivery information and update your latest contact information
- Click Redeem Now to confirm. A gift redemption Reference Number will be provided for tracking purpose. Redemption Confirmation email also will submit to your mail inbox.
3. Self-service Phone System
- Call 03-76261000
- Select your preferred language, 1-English,2-Bahasa Malaysia, 3 – Mandarin
- Select 3 for “All Other Enquiries“
- Enter the last 8 digits of your BonusLink card. Your point balance and points expiry details (if any) will be announced
- Press 9 to return to the Main Menu
- Press 2 for Gift Redemption. After that, press 1 to Redeem a gift
- Enter your 6 digit PIN and press 1 to proceed. Please have ready with your 9 digit gift code.
4. Mobile services (M-Services)
- Key in <Redeem> <Last 8 digits of BonusLink card No.> <6 digit PIN>
- Send to 33088
- Users who have available Points will receive confirmation message on ability to make an order . These users can proceed to place an order
- To place an order, select â€œReplyâ€ from the options available
- Key in <9 digit gift code> <Quantity>
- Send to 33088
- A reconfirm message will be sent to the user. Users are required to send <YES><Contact no.> to confirm or <NO> to decline the order
- Select â€œReplyâ€ from the options available
- Key in <YES> <Contact no.>
- Send 33088
- Users who answered â€œYesâ€ will receive thank you message.
- Please take note that only Primary Members with PIN can redeem using M-services
5. ExpressWay with Points + Cash(RM)
BonusLink have made more convenient for you to redeem gifts using the ExpressWay facility of BonusLink Points + Cash (Ringgit Malaysia). Theis scheme allows members who do not have sufficient points to top it up with cash to redeem a selected range of gifts. Now you can pay the cash portion via Maybank2u.com through a Maybank Savings account,Â Current account or any Visa/Master credit card. Members will be entitled to collect 1 Point for every RM1 (i.e. RM1 = 1 Point) paid on all successful ExpressWay redemptions via Maybank2u.com.
In order to redeem the ExpressWay through Maybank2u.com, you will need to register as a Maybank2u.com user and request for Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC).

(1) Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery (it does not include P.O. Box & non-Malaysian addresses). Redemption orders once accepted by BonusLink cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged.
(2) Members are advised to examine all pick-up or delivered Gifts upon receipt. Should you find the Gift faulty/damaged, you are requested to contact our Member Services Centre at 03-7626 1000 within 3 days from date of receipt.
(3) All BonusLink vouchers has a validity period of 3 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
