Yesterday, my friend bought a Compaq Notebook a Presario CQ42 series (Presario CQ42-304AU), with FreeDOS as the default OS. Then I help him install Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit edition. At the first boot it, with windows 7 embedded driver, most of the driver detected but for Display driver, it give the basic driver (should be ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4250 Graphics) and without Webcam software. For display driver, the vendor already give but without Webcam software.

Yesterday I succesfully installed Windows 7 Home Premium into my Dell XPS M1330 Notebook. All off the driver is auto detect except only one device in device manager has no driver and show “Base System Device” warning in device manager.
Here I would like to share how to solve this case.

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP – Image Resizer
This PowerToys can help you to resize one or many images(s) in the fastest way. Just Right Click -> Resize Pictures and below wizard will appear;
After that, select the preferred size that want and click OK. The image resizing will start and it’s done!
