For member’s:

• Check their EPF statement of accounts either the current or previous years
• Check their withdrawal status and view the history of past withdrawals

1. Please change default password immediately after your subscriptions approved. The reason why you need to change it:

• Most people know the default password is tmnet123
• Others people can access you account and can modified about your Streamyx subscriptions by accessing TM Selfcare
• To login TM Selfcare, others people can guess your username by using your email account like user1@streamyx.com. From here, we know that “user1” will be your username and if you not yet change the default password, it’s very easy job.

What is Favicon?

Notice the “Cool” smileys that appears in the left-most area of the address bar in Internet Explorer graphic below.

We call it as a favicon (favourites icon). This favicons appear after adding a website with a favicon to the favorites menu in Internet Explorer and certain other browsers. Favicon should be 16 X 16 pixels with 16 colors and the file name should be favicon.ico.
