What is Favicon?

Notice the “Cool” smileys that appears in the left-most area of the address bar in Internet Explorer graphic below.

We call it as a favicon (favourites icon). This favicons appear after adding a website with a favicon to the favorites menu in Internet Explorer and certain other browsers. Favicon should be 16 X 16 pixels with 16 colors and the file name should be favicon.ico.

JOHOR BARU: Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and Maybank yesterday jointly launched Malaysia’s first online facility for making additional investments in ASB units.
With this facility, ASB investors can top up their ASB account online via Maybank2u.com, without the need to visit a Maybank branch or Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad’s office.

The online service was launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak after opening the MSAM 2009 week here yesterday.

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP – Image Resizer

This PowerToys can help you to resize one or many images(s) in the fastest way. Just Right Click -> Resize Pictures and below wizard will appear;

After that, select the preferred  size that want  and click OK. The image resizing will start and it’s done!

Most people know on how to install windows server using VMWare Workstation. But not all know on how to configure the “Shared Storage” to store Quorum drive (Q:\) and Data (S:\) when they try setting up Windows Clustering. Following are the step, it’s may help. I’ve done it!

1) Create a new guest virtual machine with the following settings or higher:
RAM: 256MB
HDD0: SCSI, 4 GB
CDROM
Ethernet 1: Bridged
Ethernet 2: Host-only
